A good place to eat . Good parking . Service is on par for a fast food experience. Owner is nice . I’m saddened about the death of their great milkshakes they used to have . I’ve ask their workers many times for a real milkshake, and they give you plain chocolate soft serve, probably out of the cone machine instead of actually taking the time to make a real milkshake out of a vanilla based ice cream. I haven’t dinged them on my review rating , because the food is generally excellent. PLEASE CHANGE THIS ASAP ...
Good value for your money. The food is good and they are pretty quick even during busy times. Really kind staff too, the man with the beard. He is really a nice man.
The best Zips in Spokane! The dining room is always clean, same with restrooms. I love the decor inside. Very inviting. The food is awesome, Exactly the same as it was when I was a child. The cheeseburger is the same size it always was and I had a pickle every bite. By far my favorite zips in spokane.

Zips has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. Don’t matter which one I go to they all serve the same quality as I remember as a kid. This particular Zips had a super nice guy at the drive up window that was very efficient . I was in and out!

I love zips. My normally go to deer park, but I've been stopping at those one in Hawthorne. And I can't say enough about their customer service. They are amazing the kids at the window. The 2 gentlemen, they are amazing, great customer service.
What a amazing clean establishment with friendly welcoming employee’s. Dylan went above and beyond to give me excellent service. Was My first time at this Zips and he recommend a few things. But what really surprised me was while we were eating he came and asked how everything was and thanked us for coming. You don’t usually get asked that so i felt that was pretty neat we will definitely be back!
